In Requiem for a Reality Show, The opening scene where Spanky is chasing Wooldoor, and the pair stop in a freezeframe with parenthesized mock-Latin names below their own real ones, is a direct parody of most Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner cartoons. Spanky is "Pornus Interruptus." Wooldoor is "Ritalinus Shouldatakus." Ritalin is a drug used to treat attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, which Wooldoor clearly has.
in the same episode,Xandir uses ACME liposuction on Toot. ACME is the ubiquitous brand name featured in Looney Tunes cartoons in place of actual brands; it turned up most often in the Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner shorts. It has since been used in several other cartoons and television shows as a generic brand. (They also made the gay test that Xandir took in the previous episode, "Gay Bash".)
In the The Lemon-AIDS Walk, Wooldoor and the cops run into the Acme Medical Supply store, referencing the fictitious company which supplies Wile E. Coyote with all his devices for capturing the Road Runner. Acme also made the liposuction machine Xandir used on Toot in "Requiem for a Reality Show" and the gay test Xandir took in "Gay Bash".
In The Movie, while in the desert, the housemates run over & kill Road Runner with their van. Wile E. Coyote, upon seeing the object of his pursuit dead, despondantly shoots himself in the head.
The red nose he is drawn with here gives him more of a resemblance to another Looney Tunes character created by Chuck Jones, Ralph Wolf.
