Jess Harnell

Jess Harnell is a veteran voice actor who voices Captain Hero on Drawn Together. Additionally, Jess provides the voices for numerous minor characters on the show, including Jun-Jee, Octopussoir, the Hot Topic manager, The Terminator, Bizarro Hero, General Mills, and Mr. Drawn Together, the father of the Drawn Together babies.
According to DVD commentary for "The Other Cousin", the voice Harnell uses for Captain Hero is a comically exaggerated version of the voice he uses to narrate movie trailers.
