Fran Drescher is a famous comedian, model, producer, and actor. She appeared in the Drawn Together episode Charlotte's Web of Lies. In this episode, they were casting for a Drawn Together musical play and they were considering her for the role of Ling-Ling, until the real Ling-Ling played his role. A cutaway then showed Fran, dressed up as Ling-Ling and saying "Yoko Ono, Masu Pichi, I have a small penis." In her New York accent and then laughing. She is voiced by Cree Summer.
